Anthony Robbins, a motivational speaker and leading thinkers in the psychology of motivation and achievement, believes that there are 7 seven characteristics that give the leaders leading to success.
Trait Number One: Passion. It is a passion that drives leaders to do, to be more. If no passion, there is no results. If there is no passion, it is car without fuel.
Trait Number Two: Belief. If we believe is possible, it becomes what’s possible. If we belive our life is defined by narrowed limits, we’ve suddenly made those limits real.
Trait Number Three: Strategy. A strategy is a way of organizing resources. When we decide, for example, to become an physician or engineer , we have to figure out what we want to learn, what we want to do in order to achieve our target. We have passion, belief, and also strategy that make things work to our greatest potential.
Trait Number Four: Clarity of values. Value are specific belief systems we have about what is right and wrong for our lives. They’re the judgments we make about make what make life worth living. Many people do not have a clear idea of what is important to them. The great leaders have a clear idea who they are and what they do. If your strategies for success requires you to do things that do not fit your unconscious beliefs about what is right or wrong for your life for your life, ehen even the best strategy will not work.
